From which institutions does the Diploma registry collecting results?

The Diploma Registry collects results from almost all educational institutions using the study administration system Felles studentsystem (FS) and institutions using systems from Kong Arthur.

We are also working on collecting results from BI Norwegian Business School.

How far back do the results available through the Diploma registry go?

The study administration system FS was developed in the mid-1990s. It was adopted by most of the higher educational institutions in Norway over the following years. Some of the institutions have added results from the years prior to implementing FS, but this varies from institution to institution.

If you have results from an FS-institution, but you cannot see them in the Diploma Registry, we kindly ask you to contact the relevant educational institution.

Higher educational institutions (HEI's) and mergers

The results in the Diploma registry are shown under the current name of the HEI. Results achieved at an institution that merged in 2010 or later will have the original name of the institution. Please see the website for the Ministry of Education and Research overview of the latest mergers.

Results from countries outside Norway

Results obtained as an exchange student or in another country will only be shown in the Diploma registry if they are part of a completed degree at an institution delivering results to the Diploma registry.
